▪  Overnight site cancellations made within 48 hours / 72 hours (Holiday) of the reservation start date will be charged one day rental fee.

▪  Cancellations made before 48 hours / 72 hours (Holiday) of the reservation start date, deposits will be refunded minus a $20.00 cancellation fee.

▪  Rental Unit cancellations made within 14 days of the reservation start date will be charged one day rental fee.

▪  Cancellations made before 14 days of the reservation start date will be refunded minus a $20.00 cancellation fee.
